My name is Lauren. You can call me LoLo or Princess. Lesbian lifestyle; I'm a different kinda lady on all accounts.
Tumblr is an escape for me, from my ordinary life. Don't judge my life without really knowing me. I'm such a sweetheart but also kind of an asshole. But here's my story in quotes && pictures. <3

  • One in three women report being a victim of domestic violence (30%).
  • One in five women report being a victim of sexual assault (20%).
  • 60% of Americans, 15 years or older, know a victim of domestic violence or sexual assault.
  • Among the 70% of women who have experienced domestic violence and told somebody about it, more than half (58%) said that nobody helped them.

No more bystanding. No more ignorance. No more excuses.

No more.

We sit silently and watch the world around us. This has taken a lifetime to learn. It seems only the old are able to sit next to one another and not say anything and still feel content. The young, brash and impatient, must always break the silence. It is a waste, for silence is pure. Silence is holy. It draws people together because only those who are comfortable with each other can sit without speaking. This is the great paradox. By Nicholas SparksThe Notebook (via feellng)

i know i reblogged this but i have a story to tell. I used to cut {but i don’t anymore} and sometimes i just don’t eat because i don’t think i’m worth it. I was talking to a friend of mine and he called me Angel no has ever called me that and even after he knew every thing he still thinks i’m an angel. He showed me that people can love you no matter what and everyone’s worth it. So no it won’t rain forever.

i probably
have ink
on my bones
from all the ways
i’ve tried
to write
you
on me

tracing your
arms around
my shoulders

sketching your
hands on
my waist

drawing your
lips brushing
my neck

outlining your
chest pressed
against mine

marking your
fingers resting on
my cheek

i won’t
stop
trying to
capture how
your touch
feels
with ink
until
it has dyed
my fingertips
and stained
my mind

By i never want to wash you off of me (via touchpoetry)
